The gold coin of the Vienna Philharmonic is one of the most popular European coins. The coin is made of 24-carat gold with a very high purity of 999.9 and purity. The Vienna Philharmonic has been minted continuously since 1989 by the Austrian mint Münze Österreich, owned by the Central Bank of Austria, thanks to which the Vienna Philharmonic has a government guarantee as to its legality, purity of the metal and the origin of the metal. It is also worth adding that this is the first investment coin issued in Euro.
 

The obverse of the coin is decorated with the exquisite tubular organ from the Golden Hall of Augsburg (Goldener Saal) in the Wiener Musikverein, home of the famous Vienna Symphony Orchestra. Above them is the inscription: "Republic Österreich", and below the weight of the coin, its face value and the fineness of the gold from which it was made.

 

The reverse of the coin shows the most popular symphonic instruments of the Vienna Symphony Orchestra, such as: violin, cello, horn, bassoon and harp. Above them is the inscription 'Wiener Philharmoniker' which directly refers to the name of this famous bullion coin.
